FWD Cube is a mobile-first sales productivity platform built for FWD Insurance’s field agents across multiple markets including Vietnam and the Philippines. It consolidates lead management, quoting, AI-assisted product knowledge, social content creation, and performance tracking into one app — replacing the fragmented tool stack agents previously relied on.

FWD’s insurance agents spent significant time switching between separate systems for lead tracking, quote generation, product documentation, and social media posting. New agents especially struggled with product knowledge when facing client questions in the field.
