The Challenge
DeFi yield opportunities were fragmented across multiple protocols and chains, requiring users to constantly monitor positions, manually compound rewards, and navigate complex smart contract interactions that posed significant risk for non-technical token holders.

Built a unified DeFi dashboard for the RFOX ecosystem that abstracts smart contract complexity behind a clean UI, with automated compounding strategies and a portfolio view that tracks all positions and rewards in one place.
RFOX.Finance is the DeFi hub of the RFOX ecosystem — a multi-chain entertainment and commerce network backed by Red Fox Labs. The platform allows RFOX token holders to stake assets, provide liquidity, and participate in yield farming strategies through an interface that makes complex on-chain interactions approachable, without sacrificing transparency or control.
Challenge
RFOX’s token community wanted to put their holdings to work generating yield, but the fragmented DeFi landscape made this intimidating. Moving between staking pools, liquidity pairs, and farming contracts required multiple wallet confirmations, an understanding of impermanent loss, and constant vigilance to harvest and compound rewards manually. Any friction in this process meant users either left capital idle or made costly mistakes interacting with contracts they didn’t fully understand.
Solution
The React frontend connects directly to RFOX smart contracts via ethers.js, presenting staking, liquidity, and farming operations through guided, step-by-step UI flows that surface key risk information — APR, lockup periods, impermanent loss estimates — at the exact moment a user needs it. A portfolio dashboard aggregates all active positions and pending rewards across pools into a single view with real-time value updates. Web3 wallet integration supports MetaMask and WalletConnect, covering the majority of the RFOX holder base.
